all these terms and conditions apply to all orders and transactions made through verwonstore.

please be 101% sure before placing an order.

for pre-order (tingi / hatian) merch, i shall not be held liable and accountable for any delay on the part of the seller and/or courier. request for refunds will not be entertained if they do not ship by the estimated time of shipping and/or the courier chosen will have delays in their shipment.

no cancellation of orders will be entertained as well once order confirmation is sent. this is to avoid scammers, bogus buyers, and joy reservers but if you still want to cancel your order, you have to inform me and pay a cancellation fee that cost 50% of your total order.

i don’t rush in payment but please make sure to pay on the given deadline.

in cases wherein your payment will be delayed, you have to inform me before the original payment deadline and only valid reasons will be accepted.

if a payment extension has been granted, the extended deadline of payment i can only allow is three (3) days after the original deadline. if i did not receive any payment during that period, you will be charged for a late payment fee of 20 php per day.

if you fail to settle the payment after the extended deadline (inclusive of late payment fees), you will be blocked and a bogus buyer post will be uploaded for awareness to others.

all ship-outs are scheduled every monday and friday only. i don't accept rush shipping.

please be patient with your order. once i hand it over to the courier, the delivery period and process is beyond my control. but i’ll make sure to send your tracking number for you to be updated regarding with the process of your order/s.

also, please take note that i will not be liable of any item that is lost or damaged along the delivery, but i will try to do my best to settle our transaction.

i will only accept returns in cases wherein an unboxing video showing the waybill and sealed pouch has been provided and we have confirmed that wrong items were sent to the buyer. so, no raw unboxing video = no refund.
